Along with the physical benefits, gymnastics offers social interactions, self confidence, and school readiness. These programs focus on basic to intermediate skill levels for all ages walking and up. Kids of all abilities will have a blast in these amazing non-competitive classes. |

Preschool Gymnastics |

| Mismo offers classes for boys and girls from walking to five years old. These classes are amazing at developing social skills as well as age appropriate physical and mental develpoment. This is a great class to get your child acclimated with structured classes, which is great for school readiness. Classes are offered throughout the week and on the weekend. Also check out our Family Fun Times! This is a great opportunity for you to interact with your child in our gym and see all the new skills they learn in their Gizmo Class. | |

| Strength and grace are what make gymnastics beautiful and in Mismo's Flipo, Flipo Extreme, and Flipo Radical classes, your girl will gain coordination and self confidence. These classes are great for girls ages 6 and up with all levels of ability. During class the girls train on floor, bars, beam, vault and trampoline. These are non-competitive classes. | |

FLIPOMismo’s Flipo instructional gymnastics program is for girls kindergarden and up. Groups range from new beginner to advanced skill levels. Classes are one hour long and groups rotate through Floor, Vault, Bars, Beam, Trampoline, and the famous foam pit.Class Highlights

Flipo ExtremeFlipo Extreme is Mismo's advanced girls instructional class. Take Flipo to a new level with a longer class (1.25 hours) and a challenging curriculum. This is an invite only class. Children need to be skill evaluated by a Mismo Flipo Coach to attend.Flipo Extreme Classes Offered: (1hr & 15min class - $76 for a 4 week session) - $20 drop-in class rate NEW Summer Schedule (Begins Tuesday, May 29th)

| Boys Instructional Gymnastics Gymnastics is the best base for any sport. In the sport boys will become stronger, agile, and flexible. Roughnecks is Mismo's boys instructional class. While working on their muscles, gymnastics also offers great mental strengthening; such as self confidence, listening skills and hand eye coordination. This is a non-competitive class. | |

ROUGHNECKS
Roughnecks is a recreational gymnastics class for boys kindergarten and up. These classes are one hour long. Roughnecks focuses on basic skills on all six men’s events; floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar. Many great benefits of men's gymnastics include (but are not limited to): balance, agility, strength, flexibility, and mind/body awareness. The goal for this class is to create the building blocks for an outstanding athlete in any sport. Student progress is monitored throughout the year to ensure that each boy is being challenged.
