Mismo offers classes for boys and girls from walking to five years old. These classes are amazing at developing social skills as well as age appropriate physical and mental develpoment. This is a great class to get your child acclimated with structured classes, which is great for school readiness. Classes are offered throughout the week and on the weekend. Also check out our Family Fun Times! This is a great opportunity for you to interact with your child in our gym and see all the new skills they learn in their Gizmo Class.
Strength and grace are what make gymnastics beautiful and in Mismo's Flipo and Flipo Extreme classes, your girl will gain coordination and self confidence. These classes are great for girls ages 6 and up with all levels of ability. During class the girls train on floor, bars, beam, vault and trampoline. These are non-competitive classes.
Gymnastics is the best base for any sport. In the sport boys will become stronger, agile, and flexible. Roughnecks is Mismo's boys instructional class. While working on their muscles, gymnastics also offers great mental strengthening; such as self confidence, listening skills and hand eye coordination. This is a non-competitive class.
Develepmental gymnastics is made up of fast track programs to get your talented child to competitive gymnastics quicker. These classes require a higher level of ability and are invite only. During class boys and girls will learn all the fundamentals of gymnastics to take them to the next level.
