This Parent Participation Class (PPC) is for children 18 months to 3 years old. Parent participation is fully required for this class. Our instructors are there to help teach parents how to spot and interact with their child through basic gymnastic movement within our preschool circuits. This class has an 8:1 student to teacher ratio.

This class is for 3 year olds who are ready to attend class on their own as recommended by an instructor. On occasion some 3 year olds will be grouped with 4 and 5 year olds depending on class dynamics. This class has a 6:1 student to teacher ratio.

Mismo’s Flipo recreational gymnastics program is for girls kindergarden and up. Before starting class, each girl is skill evaluated so she can be placed in an age and skill appropriate group within a Flipo class. Groups range from new beginner to advanced skill levels. Gymnasts will be skill evaluated once a semester to monitor their progress. Classes are one hour long and groups rotate through Floor, Vault, Bars, Beam, Trampoline, and the famous foam pit. Athletes also learn routines and parents are invited to class during Mismo’s Gym Jamboree show week.

Roughnecks is a recreational gymnastics class for boys ages six and up. These classes are one hour long. Roughnecks focuses on basic skills on all six men’s events; floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar.  Creative themes also connect the boys to the benefits of gymnastics in more than just the sport it self. These benefits can include (but are not limited to): balance, agility, strength, flexibility, and mind/body awareness. The goal for this class is to create the building blocks for an outstanding athlete in any sport. Student progress is monitored throughout the year to ensure that each boy is being challenged.

Tumbling ‘N’ Trampoline (TNT) is for boys and girls 12 years and older who love to run and jump, and want to learn how to defy gravity. This class uses the spring floor, foam pit, tumble track, and trampoline to learn basic to advanced tumbling skills and flips. TNT is teenager friendly!

TNT classes 12 & older offered: (1 hour $10 members, $15 non-members)
