Annual Membership

The annual membership covers the entire family living in one household and is due upon initial registration, payable every 12 months thereafter. the membership fee is required for all classes except for the pay-as-you-go classes, Family Fun Times, First Fridays and Camps.
  • Gold Medal Family Membership - $30 - This membership is for those who choose to sign up for the Auto Pay program, which automatically pulls payment   from a credit/debit card or back account on the 15th of the month prior to the start of a new session. This membership level receives a 10% discount on class tuition (does not apply to pay-as-you-go classes). Required for Boys Team Level 4-10, Girls Team Level 1-10, Prep Optional Team & Mini-Magic.
  • Silver Medal Family Membership - $60 - This membership level does NOT require  auto-withdrawal and is not eligible for the 10% class tuition discount.
  • University of Montana Students and Active Military Membership fees are waived with proper documentation / identification. You may choose the Gold or Silver Membership. Gold Medal Members will still need to be part of our Auto Pay program.  (Note: upon online registering, you will be charged for a $60 membership. Please contact the front office (728-0908) to manually waive this fee.)
  • Daycare Group Membership - In support of our local childcare providers, Mismo will waive the annual membership fee for groups (daycares, Montessories, Home School groups, ect.) that schedule a group class. Daycare members must upgrade to a Gold or Silver Medal Membership upon enrollment in any additional, non-daycare group class.

If you sign up for the Silver Medal Family Membership and wish to switch to the Gold Medal Family Membership at any time during the 12 month membership period, a $30 credit will be applied to your account, applicable toward the next sessions tuition fee.
If you sign up for a Gold Medal Family Membership and wish to be removed from the Auto Pay program at anytime during the 12 month membership period, your membership will switch to the Silver Medal Family Membership and a $30 fee will be assessed to your account. You will also forfeit the 10% class tuition discount from that point forward. Removal from the Auto Pay program is not available for Boys Team Level 4-10, Girls Team Level 1-10, Prep Optional Team, Magic & Mini-Magic.

Discounts

  • Multi Student Discount - Families with multiple stuendts enrolled will receive a 10% discount on tuition. The highest tuition will be charged at full price with the lower tuition(s) receiving the discount. Discount does not apply to pay-as-you-go classes and camps.
  • Multi Class Discount - Families with student(s) enrolled in more than one class will receive a discount on each additional class. The discount is built into the tuition for each additional day. Discount does not apply to pay as you go classes (ie: TnT, Family Fun Time).
  • Gold Medal Discount - Gold Medal Family Members will receive a 10% discount on the published tuition rate for all "enrollment" type classes. Discount does not apply to pay-as-you-go classes, Family Funtime, First Friday, parties, and camps.
  • Family Maximum - Families with multiple student attending classes will have a maximum combined session tuition limit. No additional fees will be charged once the family reaches the $500 maximum after all other discounts have been applied.  This includes all regular enrolled session type classes, pay-as-you-go classes, Family Funtime, and First Friday.
  • Foster Child Discount - Receive an additional 10% off  your foster child's tuition. This discount can not be used for pay-as-you-go class; TnT, Family Funtime, First Fridays, ect.

Tuition

At Mismo, all classes are year-round activities. Instead of paying tuition all at once for the entire year, we have convenient 4-week long sessions. There are 12 sessions throughout the year beginning in late August. Tuition is to be paid in advanced for each session. Tuition will be posted and is due on the 15th of each month prior to the start of a new session. Tuition may be paid with cash, check, credit card, or debit card. If by the first day of the new session your tuition is not paid, your child will lose their spot in the class and/or not be allowed to participate in class. Our convenient monthly Auto-Pay program securely allows you to pay for tuition each session with an automatic charge to your debit/credit card or bank account. Auto-withdrawal pulls payment on the 15th of each month. By signing up for auto-withdrawal, you will be eligible to receive a 10% discount on the posted tuition rate for classes. The discount does not apply to pay-as-you-go classes.
Family Fun Time, Adult Fit n Flip, TnT, camps & Oula classes are all pay-as-you-go classes. These classes are not billed on the session basis but on a per class basis on the day you attend. Member and Non-Member pricing will apply.

Missed Classes

This policy is applicable to instruction/preschool classes only -- Gizmo, Super Gizmo, Hotshots, & Boys and Girls Level 1-3 classes and those with Monkeys on the Move packages.

If a student misses a class for any reason during a session, only 1 (one) make-up class per session will be allowed.  Make-ups may be scheduled for any other time the same class is offered during the same session as long as the class is not full. Please note: Children attend the make-up class may not be with children who are participating a the same age or ability level. Family Fun-time may be used as a make-up. If your child is unable to attend due to medial reasons, please call the office and we will do our best to work out a solution to fit your situation.
You must prearrange or call the gym within 24 hours of a missed class to qualify for a make-up. The student must be currently enrolled in class at the time of the scheduled appointment. Refunds or account credit will not be given if you do not schedule a make-up. If your child's class falls on a holiday when the gym is closed, such as Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, or Independence Day, it is your responsibility to schedule a make-up.

Competitive Team Policies

(Upper Level & Magic Program)


Annual Membership

  • Gold Medal Family Membership is required for all Boys Team Level 4-10, Girls Team Level 4-10, Xcel Team, Magic & Mini-Magic families.
  • University of Montana Student and Active Military membership discount is still honored.

Missed Classes

There are NO make-up classes for Boys Team Level 4-10, Girls Team Level 4-10, Prep Optional Team, Magic & Mini-Magic athletes.
Low Activity Fee
  • 25% of normal tuition (in lieu of full tuition) will be charged if an athlete chooses not to attend a full session. The athlete will be allowed to train 25% of their normal class time during the session when paying this fee. If an athlete attends more than 25% of the normal classes during that session the tuition fee will  return to the full rate. Arrangements must be made with the front office staff and head coach prior to the beginning of the session.
  • 25% of normal tuition (in lieu of full tuition) will be charged if an athlete is unable to attend full practice due to injury but can attend partial practice such as conditioning.
No Activity Fee
  • No tuition fees will be  charged for a session if an athlete is unable to attend the entire session due to injury. A doctor's note must be submitted to receive waived tuition.
  • 25% of normal tuition (in lieu of full tuition) will be charged for the first 2 consecutive months and athlete does not attend any classes. Additional consecutive nonattendance sessions will result in a zero fee. This fee does not apply to gymnastics team level 1-3 boys and girls, pre-optional, magic, and mini-magic.
There are no make-ups for Boys Team, Girls Team, Magic, Mini Magic, Prep Opt or "pay as you go' classes.
 
 

Booster Club Accounts

The Gymnastics Booster Club has established individual fundraising policies for competitive team athletes. These accounts are not related to the athlete's Mismo Family account.

Each athlete will be required to pay for their competitive season fees according to separate fee schedule.
