Adult Fit 'n Flip

Fit 'n Flip is a tumbling class for adults (ages 18 and older). This class is structured for all levels. During class participants will gain body control, air awareness and strength. Along with tumbling, this class offers strength workout and flexibility.
Ages - 18 and Up

TNT

TnT is our tumbling and trampoline class. Students learn body control, air awareness and strength with Missoula's best tumbling coaches. This class is open for all levels of tumbling. This is a great class for cheerleaders to learn their tumbling skills in a safe and controlled environment. 
Ages - 10 and Up

Snow Style

Mismo's Newest Program
Snow Style is a ski and snowboard air awareness class. During class students will learn how to flip and twist in the air in a structured, safe environment. Strength and flexibility are also incorporated into these great classes. 
Ages 8 on up

Camps

Mismo is offering many great camps to accommodate the non-traditional gymnastics side of Mismo. We are offering three different tumbling camps and Montana's only applied gymnastics camp. These are half day only camps. With the best tumbling and applied gymnastics coaches in Missoula, these camps can not be misses.
