What is The Ninja Zone?

The Ninja Zone is inspired from Obstacle Course Training, Gymnastics, Street Dance, & Martial Arts. Perfect for high energy boys and girls, this program incorporates:

• Obstacle Courses for Strength and Agility
• Ninja Training - ninja style flips, rolls, kicks, and vaults
• Gymnastics tumbling for total body coordination

Ninja Zone at Mismo

Mismo currently offers three different Ninja Zone class options. Children 3 to 11 will be placed in one of the class options based on age and ability level!

• Lil Ninja - Open to Boys and Girls ages 3 to 5 - $63 per session
• Ninja Zone - Open to Boys & Girls - ages 6 to 11 years old - $70 per session

All class options are offered multiple times per week!
