Meet the Instructors 

The Team Behind Our Dancers

Audrey Sipler

Dance Instructor

Audrey grew up in Big Sandy, MT, graduating high school in 2020 with a class of only 18 students! She has danced since she was 4 years old, trained in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, and modern! She also has experience in competitive dance and teaching. Audrey is currently studying elementary education at the University of Montana, and aspires to learn more about the art of dance and teaching as a whole. She brings new movement to the studio, is a role model to all, and most of all is a friend!

Darci Kerce

Dance, Musical Theater, and Vocal Instructor

Darci is from Florida but has moved around many times, most recently to Missoula, Montana in 2022. She has a background in gymnastics, musical theatre, ballet, tap, contemporary, modern, and movement. She graduated with a BFA in Theatre and a Minor in Dance from Hofstra University located in New York. Darci enjoys all things creative! Some of her favorite things are music, baking, painting, yoga, and watching her favorite TV shows to relax after a long day. She loves spending her days with her new husband, Lucas, and their pet bearded dragon.

Delaney Ogle

Dance Instructor

Delaney grew up in Kalispell, Montana and has trained in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop, Lyrical, and Musical Theatre. She has also done years of training with theatre. Delaney moved to Missoula in 2022 to attend the University of Montana in pursuit of a degree in marketing. She
also works as Mismo’s Head of Marketing, as well as working in the front office. In her free time Delaney enjoys being outside, painting, playing the ukulele, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Koula!

Grace Bintz

Dance Instructor

Grace was born and raised in Missoula, MT, and first began dancing with On Center Performing Arts when she was 8 years old. She has enjoyed dancing, playing golf (in both high school and briefly in college), and participating in theater since she was young. She began teaching classes at OCPA in 2020, and has loved teaching dance ever since! Grace is currently a student at the University of Montana studying psychology, with the hopes of practicing in her hometown of Missoula. When Grace is not teaching at OCPA she is watching documentaries, spending time with friends and family, or playing with her new pup, Bogey.

Jenifer Kerber

Assistant Program Director and Dance Instructor

Jen is from Missoula and has been professionally involved in the dance world for thirteen years. Her love for dancing, teaching, and choreography opened doors for her world travels to twelve countries including Russia, China, and Pakistan. Outside of teaching dance, she also holds a degree from the University of Iowa, certifications in BootyBarre, Progressing Ballet Technique, Progressing Contemporary Technique, and recently became a certified trainer in the GYROTONIC® method. When she has a free moment she enjoys paddle boarding, rescuing dogs, and doing jigsaw puzzles.

Kerrigan Edwards

Dance Instructor

Kerrigan is from Great Falls, Montana, and primarily trained in jazz and contemporary dance. She currently majors in dance at the University of Montana, and also studies business. Kerrigan is passionate about choreography and has taught dance on and off for years. Kerrigan wishes to promote dance wellness and hopes to improve the lives of her students through dance. Kerrigan spends time away from dance reading books, taking pictures, or hiking.

Lindsey Barnard

Program Director and Dance Instructor

Lindsey grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona and trained in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, and Modern. She then attended Palm Beach Atlantic University as a dance major. She was a dancer, actress, and producer for a performing arts company in South Africa for 6 years (which is where she met her husband). She and her husband moved from Africa to Missoula in 2015 so that Lindsey could pursue a career in Wildlife Biology. She is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Montana in the Mills lab. Lindsey enjoys spending her spare time outdoors with her St. Bernard, Hagrid and Newfoundland, Galdriel.

Kinley Munden

Dance Instructor

Kinley was born and raised here in beautiful Missoula, MT. She recently graduated with a BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Montana, and will be attending graduate school this upcoming autumn semester to become a speech-language pathologist. Over the years, she trained primarily in ballet and pointe, as well as tap, jazz, and contemporary/modern. She has been in several productions of the Nutcracker, and was a student at OCPA throughout high school. Kinley loves dance because it is incredibly expressive and passionate. She loves being able to help foster that with her students and watch them grow both as dancers and as individuals. Kinley spends her free time outdoors with family and friends, reading, playing piano, and snuggling her cats!

Lucy Schindler

Dance, Musical Theater, Acting, and Vocal Instructor

Lucy is from Whitefish Montana and is currently getting her BFA in Musical

Theater at the University of Montana. She has been involved in theatre and dance since she was five years old, her first role being a singing napkin. She has performed in over 30 since! Lucy is an Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship Semi-Finalist and Musical Theatre Initiative Finalist through the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. She recently was awarded the 2023-2024 Rachel Sprunk Smith Scholarship for her work in theatre at the University. When she isn't performing you can find her thrifting, journaling, reading, and hiking. She is thrilled and honored to be a part of the OCPA team!

Miranda Pernell

Dance Instructor

Miranda has been a part of the Missoula dance community for over 12 years. She has danced with On Center since she first moved to Missoula, and was a part of the performing arts company for two years. During her time at On Center she created a family and a second home, she found

passion in sharing the knowledge of this beautiful language. She became interested in teaching classes to the little ones and participated in On Centers 3 year Instructor Training course so that she could follow the dream of being a teacher. Miranda was also on the Hellgate High school dance team for all four years. After High school Miranda’s passion for dance did not stop. She is currently a student at the University Of Montana earning a Pre-Dance Therapy major. Miranda is so happy to have found a second home within On Center and she can’t wait to support and help expand the dance community in Missoula!

Shelby Schye

Dance Instructor

Shelby grew up in Billings MT and has been dancing since the age of two and competing from age 7 to 17. She started teaching at the age of 16 and has found a love for watching kids develop a passion for dance. Shelby is trained in jazz, contemporary, ballet, tap, and hip hop with her favorites being tap and hip hop. In her free time, she enjoys doing art, being outside in the sun, and traveling!

Tiki Preston

Dance Instructor

Dancing and grooving ever since she could remember, Tiki Preston came from the Black Hills of South Dakota to study choreography and performance at the University of Montana in 2016. With a BFA in Dance and a minor in Studio Art, Tiki is excited to continue dancing for Montana’s only dance company, Bare Bait Dance, for her fourth year. From Modern/Contemporary dance to Ballroom, many different styles of movement are within the scope of Tiki’s expertise, along with teaching and choreographing. She was presented an Award of Excellence through the University’s Theatre and Dance Program in 2017-18, along with the Talent Scholarship in 2019. Staying invested in Missoula’s community, Tiki will be continuing to teach at On Center Performing Arts.
