CLASSES FOR ALL CHILDREN WALKING TO 5 YEARS OLD

Mismo Gymnastics' preschool program is made up of a variety of different classes to suit every child's abilities and skill levels. Believe it or not, we start as soon as they start walking. In our little Gizmo class, toddlers and their parents enjoy working together in our gym. One of our primary goals is to help our little ones be preschool and kindergarten-prepared.
Lil Gizmo - Lil Gizmo is a great introduction into gymnastics for little ones! This class requires an adult participant for each child walking to age 3. Each class is 30 minutes long and works on general movement and preschool learning
Gizmo - This is our beginner preschool class for children ages 3 to 5! For 40 minutes, your child will explore body movement, practice basic tumbling and gymnastics skills, play games, and more. Held in our preschool gym, each class features engaging games and skill building exercises.
Super Gizmo - This class is the more advanced follow up to Gizmo. Open only to children 3 to 5 years old. An evaluation is needed by a Mismo coach to make sure the child is placed where they will feel the child will have the most success. This 55 minute long class will focus on building more advanced gymnastics skills, understanding of gymnastic terminology, flexibility, strength and more.
Flipo
School Age Gymnastics
GIRLS AGES 5 AND UP
FLIPO IS MISMO GYMNASTICS'S NON-COMPETITIVE PROGRAM
These classes focus on building basic gymnastics skills, a knowledge of basic gymnastics terminology, character growth, and fun! Flipo classes are a no-pressure way to get a feel for this incredible sport. Our amazing group of Flipo coaches pride themselves on staying up to date with the most beneficial games, drills, and techniques to ensure that your children move forward in gymnastics with an excellent foundation for the sport.
Flipo Level 1 - This is an introductory level class for girls ages 5+ where athletes are introduced to basic movements and concepts. Kiddos in Level 1 Flipo will also have multiple opportunities to attend FLIPO FUN MEETS during the year. Girls have the option of attending 1 or 2 days a week of this 55 minute class.
Flipo Level 2 - This class is open to girls who have advanced through Flipo Level 1 and who have been evaluated by a Mismo Gymnastics coach and placed in this class. This continuation of the Flipo program focuses on more advanced skills. Girls have the option of attending 1 or 2 days a week of this 55 minute class.
Flipo Level 3 - This class is open to girls who have advanced through Flipo level 2 and who were evaluated by a coach and placed in this class. This class further develops the girls skill sets, technique, flexibility, and strength. Athletes have the option of attending 1 or 2 days a week for this 1 hour and 20 minute class.
Kiddos in Flipo Classes will have multiple FLIPO FUN MEETS during the year. Each class' coaches will share more information about these meets throughout the year!

MISMO GYMNASTICS HAS A NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED COMPETITIVE PROGRAM
The Mismo Competitive Gymnastics Program is a great way to develop and shine both in gymnastics and in life. We cultivate a culture of excellence in gymnastics, academics, and character. Our staff strives to bring out the best in each child. Training schedules range from as little as 2 hours to 20 hours a week depending on age, level, and family needs. It is also our desire to build confident, young people capable of adapting to challenges as they occur. THE MISMO TEAM strives to do this in an environment motivated by love and enthusiasm.
Private Lessons
Specialty Classes
Mismo Gymnastics offers private lessons for competitive and
non-competitive gymnasts. These lessons are amazing for gymnasts looking for some one on one time with their coach, looking to perfect a skill, or gymnasts traveling through Missoula looking for extra practice.
$35 for 30 minutes | $60 for 1 hour
